This week, I tracked down Sam Gerhardt to find out how things are in his part of the country. Read on: you may learn something new!
Sam is quite an interesting man. I enjoyed getting to know more about him. Not only is he an active member of Top Trail Horse, but he’s also a family man, AND, the creator of the Bible Believers Cowboy Church. He has a radio ministry broadcast of his show, The Happy Trails Broadcast, which airs each Friday from 9:00 to 9:15 a.m. Eastern Time on http://www.wlik.net.
TTH: So, Sam. How long have you been a member of our fine mileage tracking program?
SG: I’ve been a member of Top Trail for about 3 years.
TTH: How many equine’s do you own, and what are their names?
SG: I have 2 MFTs, Midas and Surprize.
I can tell you that my Midas has over 2000 hours on the MFTHBA…

TTH: Which do you prefer: Mares or Geldings?
SG: Geldings
TTC: Do you prefer English riding pants or Jeans?
SG: Haha! Wrangler Jeans

TTH: How many lifetime miles have you got under your belt?
SC: With the changeover from Open Trail to Top Trail, I really don’t know. I can tell you that my Midas has over 2,000 hours on the MFTHBA Fox Trot America program.
Wow! 2000 hours?!! That’s a true milestone!

I've been riding for over 40 years and have picked up a few tips and tricks over that time. I’m no pro by any means, but I’ve got all sorts of fun facts and information to share.
