I got my first horse back in 1970 shortly after getting married. My husband doesn’t ride, but he’s always been supportive of my love for horses. I’ve been riding and camping ever since then in many states: AZ, CO, WY, TX, KY, TN, IN, MO, MI, KS and all over IL. No matter if it’s camping or simply riding along the country roads, horses bring an inner peace of mind to me. I love sharing my passion with school children and seeing the joy it brings to them. It’s also the reason I enjoy being a member of Top Trail; it’s a way of vicariously riding in other places and even making new friends along with sometimes even meeting them in person.
