Why do my rides not show up in the division?

  It was my understanding that when I joined I would be placed in the Greenhorn Division. I finally found myself in the Explorer Division. Is this correct? I was a member before but never logged any miles. Just wondering.

  Terre, When you first joined Top Trail you selected Explorer Division. When you renewed this year you were not a “new” member so you were not automatically included in the Greenhorn Division. I have moved you to Greenhorn now due to your circumstances (ie, never having posted any tracks to date). I am sorry for the delay—one of my horses is requiring extensive care right now and we’re in the midst of a monstrous snow storm.
